Twelve scenes, four answers, no wrong ones
Each scene is an ordinary moment with an AI, at work or at home. Out of four answers, you pick the one that is yours. None of them is wrong, because this is not an exam. Here is one.
The AI gets something wrong that you’d told it was important.
- You’re disappointed, almost personally.
- Correct it and carry on without missing a beat.
- Wonder whether it misunderstood you specifically.
- Check whether it’s wrong that often on other subjects too.
Read the third answer again, down to its last word. “Specifically” is the app’s own word, and it goes to the heart of what PARLYA is about: we know there is no one on the other side, and we still wonder whether the machine misunderstood us, specifically.
Each time you play, the app draws twelve scenes from more than a hundred, and it avoids repeating the ones from your previous game.
A portrait of your approach, not a course on AI
The quiz does not explain how AI works: PARLYA’s books do that. It starts from your choices, scene after scene: what you hand over to AI, what you check, and what you attribute to it. Together, your twelve answers sketch a playful portrait of where you stand with AI right now.
At the end, you get one of twelve profiles, each with a name meant to make you smile: The Sunday Oracle, Part-Time Lucid, The Nobel Prize for Rephrasing, and nine others. Sometimes you land on the border between two profiles. Dany, the character from PARLYA’s novel, adds a note from his notebook to your result.
It is a profile for now. Take the quiz again in a few weeks, with other scenes: the app keeps your latest results in your browser and shows you what has shifted.

Then share your profile, or challenge someone close to you
The app turns your profile into a card: an image to share wherever you like, or to keep to yourself. The card carries a ready-made line you might have said yourself, more or less.
You can also send a link to someone close to you. They take the quiz in turn, then find out which of you two wins on the trait your profile is built on: barely, clearly, or by a wide margin. And sometimes there is no winner.
Your answers stay with you
No account, no email, no sign-up. Your answers and your history stay in your browser: PARLYA receives none of it, and nothing goes out unless you say so. The challenge link, if you send it, carries only your profile, your rounded scores, and the language of the app: neither your name nor your contact details. The card is created in your browser: it only leaves if you share it.
